It is a stone mill dating back to the nineteenth century, restored in 1990. It is located a short distance from the Locanda along the river Meta.

Inside there are 3 bedrooms, accommodating a total of 7 people, a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, coffee maker and washing machine and a large living room with satellite TV.

Outside a parking car, a terrace and a large garden with sun loungers. The river Meta offers its picturesque natural swimming pools.

The Mulino is proposed particularly in its entirety for families or groups of friends.
