The restaurant
In two elegant dining rooms we serve dishes inspired by tradition, created by the experience and the care of Mrs. Rosanna.
We make extensive use of home-made pasta, and, in favorable seasons, mushrooms, truffles and game.
The Florentine steaks and other kind of meat come from a farm next to the inn, where the animals are raised outside on pasture.
Jams, pies and biscuits are homemade.
From the month of October you can enjoy local specialties made with white truffle of Aqualagna or various species of mushrooms or based on game, like woodcock, wild boar, roe deer, hare, goose, etc. |
